Louise Cole

January 30, 1931 - April 23, 2019

Louise Cole, 88 of Turkey Run Rd. Salem departed this life on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in the United Hospital Center, Bridgeport. She was born on January 30, 1931 in Marion County a daughter of the late John and Lucy Jones O'Neal.  She was preceded in death by her first husband Taylor Davis the father of her children.  On February 14, 2004 she married William "Bill" Henry Cole who survives.   Also surviving are one daughter, Kimberly Shaw and Junior Shaw, Spelter, four sons, Michael Davis and wife Carla, Smithburg, Timothy Davis, West Union, Jeff Davis and wife Janet, West Union, John Davis, Salem, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one sister, Ethel Jones.   Mrs. Cole enjoyed shopping, dancing and traveling.  She was a loving wife and mother and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Louise was Baptist.   Funeral services will be conducted in the Harbert Funeral Home 287. W. Main St. Salem on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Roger Fontaine presiding.  Entombment will follow in the Everlasting Life Mausoleum, Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Quiet Dell.  The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 4-8 p.m. Harbert Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Cole family.
